roth 401-k direct rollover to roth ira
If I roll over my Roth 401-k amount into my Roth IRA, does this amount count towards the contribution limit for my roth ira that year?

It does not. The Roth 401-k and the Roth IRA are separate and have differing maximum contributions. A rollover is nto considered an IRA contribution.
