Only a spouse beneficiary can rollover funds from an inherited IRA into their own IRA. A non-spouse beneficiary does not have a rollover option. The only option to move funds from one Custodian to another for a non-spouse is by an IRA to IRA Transfer (often referred to as a Trustee to Trustee Transfer).
