Creditor Protection

Is an IRA protected in the state of GA from a Judgement Creditor of an Automobile Accident?

Here is a quote from one asset protection website for GA. Note that a Roth is not protected, and a TIRA cannot be levied, but if owner takes a distribution of more than needed for support, the distribution could be vulnerable:

Exemption for Tax-Qualified Retirement Plans, IRAs & Roth IRAs (Note 2): 100% for undistributed interests; Georgia Code Ann. § 18-4-22 — Distributions exempt to the extent reasonably necessary for support; No Roth IRA protection. Georgia Code Ann. § 44-13-100(a)(2.1).
