IRA & 401 K non beneficiary on one and estate on other
died inteste – no will
only one beneficiary a daughter
there was no beneficiary on one IRA
on one IRA the estate
on the 401k the estate
can all be taken over 5 years – since no beneficary named on IRA that means it goes to the estate
is there any way to do RMD on the age of the daughter

The daughter’s age can only be used for a plan that names her as the beneficiary on the plan beneficiary clause. As for assets left intestate and assuming the decedent was not married upon death, the RMD will depend on the age of the decedent. How old was decedent upon passing?
