I know you are IRA experts, but I was hoping that maybe you knew something about pensions as well. So apologies if I am totally posting the wrong question to you.

My husband currently receives social security, and he recently (September) applied for his pension from Sweden. We were told to mail the form to our local social security office, which we did. Sweden hasn’t received anything from the US about it, and no one in the local office knows anything (I did get the post office receipt that the form was delivered).

Does anyone know of a phone number or email of someone who can help?
