Bene IRA
Our client inherited an IRA from his father; so it is a currently a bene IRA. The client has also passed away and his wife is the primary beneficiary…must this account remain a beneficiiary IRA or can she roll it into her traditional IRA?

It must remain a beneficiary IRA, as the wife is a successor beneficiary who must continue the RMD schedule used by her husband, ie reducing the divisor he last used by 1.0 each year.
