Inherited Roth IRA from two Non Spouse decedants
If you inherit two Roth IRA’s, one from a parent and the other from a sibling, can they be combined into one beneficiary IRA since the payouts are based on the beneficiary life expectancy?

No, they cannot be combined. Since the decedents are different, the titling must be different on each inherited Roth IRA; each must be titled in the name of its respective deceased owner and the name of the beneficiary. In addition, each of the inherited Roth IRAs carries its own separate contribution basis, needed if distributions from the inherited IRA are not qualified distributions.
