Inherited IRA – 60 Day Draw
Can a person who has an Inherited IRA draw money from the Inherited IRA, pay the money back within 60 days without a tax consequence? I realize it would a reportable event.

A non spouse beneficiary could not, but a spousal beneficiary could take a distribution and then do a 60 day rollover to their own IRA.
