Buying real estate thru IRA accounts

I will be purchasing real estate with 2 separate IRA accounts and one personal account combined. Percentage of ownership will all be different. Has anyone done this procedure and how did you set it up–LLC?



Have you already found an IRA custodian that is willing to accept an IRA that has such holdings?  Do they specialize in these types of holdings?  That should be where you begin your inquiries regarding how this is done.  If you have questions about regulations/rules, this forum is a great resource but it is not meant to provide investment advice.
