Related Party Transaction
If one of my corporate entities (not my Roth IRA) owns shares in a public company or a private company and I want to sell those shares to my Roth IRA at fair market value of where the securities are currently being sold, can I do that?
If it’s a problem with the private company since the current value can vary a lot, what about with a public company where there is complete price transparency on a daily basis?

Sounds like you have control of the corporate entity, and that makes you a disqualified person with respect to dealing with your Roth IRA. As such this would be a prohibited transaction. The purchase price is immaterial.
