I have a piece that I got from you that shows the uniform lifetime table on one side and the single life table on the other. It came as a single piece as, I believe, a pdf. I say that because I printed it on my own card stock, but I can’t find the pdf, assuming that’s the way I received it. I’m aware that you have the tables on the website, but the piece that I’m referring to gives me both tables in one. Does that piece still exist, and if so, how can I get a copy?
