Self Directed IRA Bookkeeping

Some folks are using irrevocable trusts with Independent trustees rather than LLC’s to operate their self directed Checkbook IRA’s. This imposes a bookkeeping standard on the trust above and beyond the Administrator. Normally this is done by the Beneficiary who is expected to keep track of all income, expenses, disbursements, contributions etc. This would be very similar to LLC Bookkeeping. What type of software is available to handle this or how to set up these accounts? No information on Internet about this!
