**Do you think I have listed too many reasons? I listed that the financial institution did not tell me or notify me. **Although are they required to notify you if they do not provide tax advice? **I also listed things that could be considered extraneous ike young age, I was only child, mom was intestate, financially illiterate, and some of my health problems, so not sure if I should include all of them.*****Also, what documentation should I include? I currently have 2 letters from both financial institutions but am not sure if I should include them or just only have them for if I’m audited since both letters say that they do not provide tax advice as well as other information. I also have bank statements. I also have screenshots of each transaction. I also have the 1099-R.
