Nondeductible IRA conversion to Roth

I have 15 year rollover-IRA to which I have added nondeductible funds yearly. Is there a way to disentangle this? I would like to start transitioning this account into Roth IRA

Any conversions done will be subject to the pro rating to determine the taxable portion. The only way to avoid that is to roll the pre tax IRA balance for all your non Roth IRAs into your employer plan such as a 401k. You can then convert the remaining non deductible IRA basis tax free.
