403-b and Roth contributions in same year
have client who is a teacher and funds a 403-b with $2400 per year through her school out of her paycheck every two weeks of $100 ($200 per month)
Can she fund a Roth up to the $5500 (under 50) along with the 403-b of $2400?
I thought you can only fund up to $5500 total with both but does it make a difference that since she is a teacher she can fund both?
Thank you,
Douglas

Yes can fund both if she is under the Roth IRA income limits.
