SIMPLE IRA to Traditional IRA

If a SIMPLE IRA is qualified to transfer, can the account be rolled into same owner’s Traditional IRA?

Yes, after 2 years the SIMPLE IRA balance can be transferred (preferably direct transfer) into any TIRA or Roth IRA.
