Just watched a CNBC story on the new 401k law working its way through the House. One of the proposals is that all the money in an inherited 401k would have to be withdrawn within 10 years. Pretty much destroys Ed Slott’s book, “Parlay your IRA into a Family Fortune”. Any source for this issue would be appreciated.
