In a 20 year CRUT, the payments are to be made “to or for the benefit of the beneficiary.” Does the f/b/o language create any issue?

If the CRUT payments in a trust with 20 year payout were to be paid to a Children’s Trust if beneficiary was under a certain age, would that create an issue?
