Original IRA owners debt
I am the sole named beneficiary of a inherited IRA in New Jersey. The descendent’s probated estate has secured debt and the creditor is opting to release the lien and call on the note which seems to be more and more common now. Even though my inherited IRA is not part of the probated estate should I be concerned that the creditor will be able to get a judgement against my inherited IRA?
