New tables for required distributions
The IRS has proposed new tables for required distributions from qualified plans and IRAs, effective 2021: https://s3.amazonaws.com/public-inspection.federalregister.gov/2019-24065.pdf . They reflect the increase in life expectancy since the current tables were issued.

Thanks Bruce for posting this. Seems to basically follow the format of the last such RMD table revisions in 2002 with more specific transition rule detail.
