I have a company 401K plan which allows employees to contribute to a Roth 401K as well. The company plan does permit the purchase of Whole life insurance policies using 401K fund. I researched the subject of using the Roth 401K funds to buy Whole life policy instead of the 401K , to avoid paying taxes on the premium portion but I couldn’t find an answer anywhere. Any advice?
