Typo in April 2020 Newsletter? Please advise
I just reviewed the April 2020 Newsletter and believe there is a typo. The second paragraph in the second column (see paragraph listed below) states “any 2019 RMD amount remaining and not withdrawn by January 1, 2020 is waived. I believe “January 1, 2020” is a typo and that it should read April 1, 2020. Correct? Please advise.

No, this is not a typo. What this states is if 2019 was your first RMD distribution year, the amount of that RMD that was left to complete between 1/1/2020 and 4/1/2020 is waived. The amount that was distributed in 2019 is not waived.
