mega backdoor roth with solo 401k

Currently have solo 401k thru fidelity that only allows pre-tax contribs. Contributed up until 2012 then stopped. now over 59 1/2 and have some self-employment income this year. Would like to contribute to a separate solo 401k and strictly do after-tax contribs and then do a mega backdoor roth conversion. Can you have two solo 401k’s? In considering doing the roth conversion, would you need to account for the pre-tax solo 401k amounts with regard to the pro-rata rule? Instead, would it make sense to roll the older solo 401k into a traditional IRA–and terminate such solo 401k if necessary–and once that is done, then set up the new solo 401k for the after-tax contribs? Thank you for any input, insights, suggestions, etc, including which TPA firms could help facilitate this. The Fidelity’s of the world don’t seem to allow for after-tax contribs for solo 401k’s
