Can a client take both a QCD and a Coronavirus-related distribution in 2020?
A client took a $10K Qualified Charitable Distribution for his church but wants to take more money from his IRA to pay-down debt. His physical-therapy practice is way down due to the the coronavirus, so I assume he qualifies for a coronavirus-related distribution to be repaid over 3-years. I wonder if the QCD is a factor.

The QCD is not a factor with regard to any Coronavirus-Related Distribution. They are independent distributions. Of course any distribution that is treated as a QCD cannot also be treated as a CRD.
