IRA Creditor Protection – CO
Are IRAs exempt from non-bankruptcy claims in the state of Colorado?
Colo. Rev. Stat. § 13-54-102 mainly addresses bankruptcy claims but I was unable to determine whether an IRA is protected from a lawsuit?
Additional information would be greatly appreciated.

At least two asset protection sites state that IRAs and Roth IRAs are protected outside of BK in CO with two exceptions, back child support and for a felonious killing. Of course, marital settlements or IRS liens do not receive creditor protection in any state,
