In-plan Roth conversion after having already done a trustee-to-trustee transfer
If a person has already done a direct trustee-to-trustee transfer out of their pension (401a) to a Traditional Rollover IRA in 2020, does the IRS permit now also this year doing an In-Plan Roth conversion within their 401k? Thank you.

Yes. If you are thinking of the one rollover rule, that only applies to IRA to same type IRA 60 day rollovers. Neither of these transactions fit into that category.
