Is the maximum COVID distribution of $100k per individual or per family? For example, can each spouse withdraw $100k (total of $200,000k) from their 401(k) or IRA?

Each individual can distribute up to 100,000 from their own retirement accounts. There is no family limit, just the individual limit.
