Roth Conversion Deadline Extension
Hi All:
I roll over a 401K to an IRA in 2020. I asked my advisor to convert it into a Roth. Due to Covid 19, the office was closed and did not carry out my request. I converted the IRA into a Roth IRA myself in January. Can I still claim this as a Roth conversion in 2020?
Thank you for your advise. Much appreciated.

Sorry, there are no provisions to allow for uncompleted year end transactions, and there were more than ever this last year. The 1099R will be issued for a 2021 conversion.
