SARSEP Continuation

A law firm with an active SARSEP had three partners. Two of them sold their interest to the third partner thus, dissolving the partnership and is now a sole proprietorship. The name of the firm name and Tax ID number remain the same. Can the firm continue the old SARSEP plan?
