if i have 1000000 dollars in roll over IRA and wants to put in CRT IS THERE estate tax? will my beneficiary can get income for 20 years before balance to charity? what percent they can get every year?

The value of the charity’s interest (usually 10%) is deductible for estate tax purposes. However, the principal benefit of this is the ability to replicate the stretch.
