IRA accumulating trust the Beneficiary with the shortest lifespan ??
The beneficiary of my IRAs is an accumulating IRA Trust. Prior to the SECURE act a large part of defining who the beneficiaries were of the trust was to make sure that the beneficiary with the shortest lifespan was clearly identified.
I am getting ready to make some minor changes to this IRA trust. As long as all the beneficiaries are living breathing individuals, is there any need to include language about the shortest lifespan of a beneficiary?
