75 y/o 403b roll over

A 75 year old client retired this year and is rolling over her 403(b) to an IRA. The 403(b) provider required her to take an RMD from the 403(b) and then roll over the remaining asserts. Does she now need to take another RMD since this account is now an IRA for 2021 and the aforementioned RMD came from her 403(b)? Thanks.

There is no 2021 IRA RMD unless any  IRA had a balance on 12/31/2020. The first IRA RMD from the 403b rollover will be due in 2022, not 2021.
