Hello, our custodian/record keeper has sent out the PPA Restatement documents to employers to restate the plans. There is a section where the employer is asked to list the “Amendment Effective Date”. Should this just be the date that the employer is signing the document? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
