Pro rata rule for married couple

Husband has Roth. Wife has Roth, 401k and Traditional IRA.
Please confirm if the pro rata rule applies to the married couple’s assets together or individual when one of them is considering Roth conversion.

Each spouse’s IRAs are entirely individual and their IRA balance does not affect pro rating of the other spouse’s distributions. Note that Form 8606 used to report conversions only has a single SSN and signature line on it. Inherited IRA balances are also disregarded in completing line 6 of the 8606.
