401k and SEP limits
My client has a 401k with the company he works for, and maxes out his contributions.
He also has a business on the side and wants to start a SEP IRA for 2021.
What are the limits he has to watch out for for the SEP?

The SEP contribution limits are not affected by the 401k contributions unless there is common ownership of the employers.
