The Beneficiaries of this IRA Trust are all persons who descended from my mother

I may have ask this question before, if so I am sorry for this posting. I could not find any such posting.

My IRA Trust defines the beneficiaries as “The Beneficiaries of this IRA Trust are all persons who descended from my mother no matter what generation (i.e. issue living from time to time now and in the future).”

Is this specific enough to qualify to meet the IRS’s requirement that all beneficiaries be identifiable as designated beneficiaries? That is per Fidelity “All of the trust’s underlying beneficiaries must be identifiable as being eligible to be designated beneficiaries themselves.”

Note: the Trust does specify that all beneficiaries must be living persons at the time of distribution.
