Beneficiary IRAs

Can a beneficiary IRA coming out of an inherited 403b be comingled with a beneficiary IRA coming out of an inherited IRA?

If the plans remain separate, the RMDs cannot be aggregated. But if the inherited 403 is directly rolled into an inherited IRA, and if the original plan deceased owner is the same for each with the proper RMD divisor being the same for each, then the 403b could be directly rolled into the inherited IRA. For example, if the 403b is a govt plan not subject to the Secure Act for deaths prior to 2022, the beneficiary would be subject to life expectancy RMDs from the 403b, while subject to the 10 year rule for the inherited IRA. This is just one example that would generate different RMD treatment, there are several other scenarios.
