RMD Divisor Question

I am a bit confused. For sometime, I have utilized the table provided by Fidelity for any ‘Joint Life Expectancy’ distributions …

https://www.fidelity.com/bin-public/060_www_fidelity_com/documents/Joint-Life-Expectancy-Table.pdf

My client is 76 and his spouse is 60 … (She is designated as the sole beneficary)

The table from Fidelity reflects a divisor of 28.2 … However, my client steered me to IRS Table II and it seems to reflect a divisor of 26.3 (if I am reading it correctly)

Can you please clarify for me ??

Much appreciated …

28.2 is from the new updated table for a 76 year-old individual with a 60 year-old spouse for a 2022 or later RMD.  26.3 is from the old table that applies to a 2021 RMD for a 76 year-old individual with a 60 year-old spouse in 2021.
