Yes, if it’s a govt 457 plan. Non govt 457 plans are not eligible for rollover. Of course, if the 457 funds are pre tax, taxes will be owed for rollovers to a Roth IRA. Any Roth 457 funds are not taxable when rolled to a Roth IRA.
