Form 5329 – signitures
I am married and file jointly on tax returns, however the Roth IRA is in my name. Does my spouse need to sign the Form 5329?

No, the 5329 is individual. Note that there is only room for one SSN.

I did notice that, I’m just parinoid right now and I don’t want to do anything else wrong 🙂 I appreciate all your help.
