SEP IRA

I have an attorney client with three clerical staff. He currently has a Simple IRA plan in place but he wants to add more than the Simple limits allow. He said he wanted a 401k but I think the administration fees are too high for such a small start up plan. I am suggesting a SEP IRA but worry about the match for the staff since it is all employer funded and has to be equal to his percentage. Any thoughts on this or does anyone know of a low cost small 401k they might suggest? Thank you in advance!

Generally, no other employer plan is allowed in any calendar year in which contributions are made to a SIMPLE IRA. See QA B-3 in link below:
