NATO Ottawa Agreement income
Would income earned under the NATO Ottawa agreement that is tax exempt be counted as income for eligibility to fund Roth IRAs? My understanding would be no, since it is not taxable, it would not be considered earned income. Thanks in advance – m

Yes, you are correct. It’s not taxable compensation.
