Roth Contribution Question
Hello,
A wife passed away but was making 2022 Roth contributions for the husband. He did not have earned income since he retired last yr). They were using the wife’s income to justify the husband’s contribution for 2022. Can the husband still make contributions assuming she has plenty of earnings up to her death to justify the contribution?
Thank you.

Yes, the husband can still make the spousal contributions, but no post death contribution can be made for the wife.
