Hi,
Just wondering if you can forward to me or tell me where to look for a nice handout or easy ready about beneficiaries options when a loved one dies ie spouse or children?

  • This article contains a chart near the end that addresses most situation, but not all. It does not address successor beneficiary issues, and assumes that the final Regs will be adopted as proposed.

  • Note that the rules are complex, therefore an attempt to create a very simple handout will inevitably contain some errors due to multiple exceptions.
