Backdoor Roth Viability
With new legistlation, it seems Backdoor ROTH IRAs were left intact. Am I correct in this?
Last year we waited until end of year to do, would like to do ASAP if possible. ANy guidance on changes for 2023 and viability?

Yes, the back door is still intact. Not much chance of further retirement plan related legislation this year, and even if if there were it would not affect 2023 retroactively. You could do it now, but there is little risk in waiting if that would be more convenient.
