$50k QCD Limit to split-interest entity, CRATs, CRUTS and charitable gift annuities
Hello,
Is the one-time election of $50k to a split-interest entity, CRATs, CRUTS and charitable gift annuity part of the $100k limit or in addition to the $100k limit? For example, if I want to distribute $100k in QCDs to my favorite charities, can I also elect a one-time $50k to my CRAT which would total $150k for the year? Or, am I only limited to the $100k per year which only would include $50k to my favorite charities and a one-time $50k QCD to my CRAT?

The QCD to a split-interest entity counts toward the $100k annual QCD limit. If you make a $50k QCD to a split-interest entity, only $50k of other QCDs would be permitted that year.
