How to correctly title for Eligible Qualified Beneficiary (disabled autistic).

I have bought your books and tapes and have gathered that the correct way is as follows: John A, Matros ( deceased mo/day/ year) Roth IRA, F/B/O Dylan Matros. The SS# should now be changed to Dylan’s. I know I could also title. John A Matros (Deceased M/D/YR) Roth IRA, f/b/o John A matros Family Trust. But Dylan ( my grandson) is the only one qualified for the stretch and will be the only recipient of the funds. I have tried to inform Morgan Stanley that I only want to have the RMD paid to the Trust if this the best way and I want to have Dylan’s mother to have power of attorney over Dylan, so that she may increase the distribution should it be needed for dylan’s needs. The state and Federal gov’t will require repayment of the costs of any services they have provided Dylan. If only the minimum is in the trust. should the trust be named the Dylan Special Trust. And I would Like to some how in this document name my daughter and son, per stirpes, as contingent beneficiaries of this Roth IRA. in the event Dylan passes. this way the funds continue to my son and daughter, per stirpes to their children, if needed. They would be left to the 10 year rules. PLEASE ADVISE. I have other funds that I want to leave to 2 children but Dylan’s to be separate as will live the longest. sincerely John A Matros
