I was asked about the differences between traditional IRAs in the U.S. and Puerto Rico IRAs. I know they are two different sets of rules with a lot of similarities but important differences.

Does anyone know if there is a resource floating around out there that is, like, a P.R. version of Pubs 590-A and B?
