Deceased spouse benefits eligible at Age 60
Turning 60 next month. My spouse passed away 5 years ago. I understand I can receive spousal benefits of 71% to 99% of my deceased spouse’s basic amount….But because I have not reached full retirement age, will I have to pay any of my social security benefits back because my employment income exceeds the threshold.

Yes, the earnings test applies to SS survivor benefits, as well as to your own benefit.
