Hi Ed: In 2023 took a 529 plan withdrawal to pay a high school level tuition. The tuition for school year 2022-2023 should have been paid in 2022 but do to an oversight was not. I believe I am allowed one withdrawal per tax year. Now there is tuition for 2023-2024. Is there any exception that would allow me to take another withdrawal in 2023 to pay the tuition for 2023-2024. Looking for an option to use my 529. If there is an option does that vary between federal and states. Thank you.
